Yes, indeed, that what the message I lost.

An yes, I know about local D&D.  Almost every weekend there is a dungeon run
at my house. The DM is usually Barry Eynon (a graduate student in statistics).
Once I get my monster charts created, I'll be running my dungeon (which runs
under MINOTAUR rules, rather than DUngeons and Dragons).  Eventually, Steve
Goodman expects to open a RUNEQUEST dungeon, so we'll have a variety of styles.

There are plenty of other dungeons in the area (of varying styles).
There is even a coffeeshop in San Jose that has a weekly D&D night.
Come to the SCA tourney this Saturday, and I'll introduce you to some of the
other players I know. They (particularly Steve Goodman) can direct you to other
dungeons.

The only other D&D player I know at the AI lab is PEG (Phil Gerring), who hasn't
been playing much this year due to lack of time.
